create a new channel
To create a new chat channel, the following command sequence is necessary:
- chat list:
- chat activate 33:
- chat name 33:Newname
- chat topic 33:This channel's topic.
- chat list:
allow feelings
To allow feelings on a channel use the command:
- chat feelings 33:on
